What was the highlight of Norway Forest Travel hotel 3 Taichung

Good

Located within walking distance to HSR station and shopping malls.

Signage only in Chinese, so we had difficulty locating hotel. Room was advertised with a washing machine. But there was no washing machine in the room. Only one washing machine avaliable in the hotel to be shared among guests, with limited operating hours. I think this misrepresentation is unacceptable. Hotel provided iron and ironing board upon request, but declined to remove it when asked. We had to make space for the ironing board throughout our stay.

Wonderful

It was very clean. Everyone was happy to help. Free parking spot near hotel. Breakfast was okay, you can choose it the day before. (They have veggie options) you can wash your clothes there.

Cosy hotel and will return if I visit Taichung again

Room was clean and felt very cosy. TV channels were diverse, much more than the other hotels we stayed at in Taiwan. There was a water dispenser right outside the corner room we got and free postcards were also placed in the hallway near the lift which was a nice little souvenir.

Hotel was a little hard to locate with the inconspicuous entrance. Room was pretty small with few hangers and little space to hang any clothes. It would probably be hard to walk around with anything more than 2 opened luggage on the floor.

Convenient location near train station and bus stops. Modern room.

Very small room. No shelf or rack for luggage. No wardrobe, only one hook with 2 coat hangers. Only 1 towel rack in double room.
